Casey James tried to impress Usher with “Hold On I’m Coming” by Sam and Dave. And Usher had no qualms about it saying that this long-haired American Idol Top 10 finalist is "a rockstar".
Randy Jackson thinks Casey James is in his element - it was a hot night for him. Ellen Degeneres thought "it was generic" and wants to see more from him. Kara agreed that Casey James should increase his range. Simon surprisingly liked his performance and though he sound authentic. Simon is "really,really impressed".
