Cate Blanchett by Annie Leibovitz, American Vogue
Cate Blanchett is photographed by Annie Leibovitz for the December 2009 issue of American Vogue with styling by fashion editor Tonne Goodman. The editorial is entitled 'Truth or Dare.' I like this, but I prefer Cate & Annie's previous shoot for the Febrary 09 issue of Vanity Fair (see it here).

Cate Blanchett by Annie Leibovitz in Vanity Fair
Cate Blanchett gets the Annie Leibovitz treatment in the February 2009 issue of Vanity Fair magazine. My favorite shot is the one below where Cate Blanchett is styled by Michael Roberts as Cleopatra in a John Galliano gown. As usual Leibovitz's photography is dynamic and has a nice depth to it that lacks in most celebrity photoshoots.
